8 oz Cream Cheese

3 oz Bleu Cheese

1 Egg

20 Slices White Bread

20 Spears Cooked Asparagus

1/4 cup Melted Butter
Trim crusts from the bread slices and discard.
Press bread slices flat with a rolling pin.
Blend Bleu Cheese and Cream Cheese
with Egg Spread mixture
on the flattened bread slices.
Place one Asparagus Spear on each slice,
roll, and secure with a toothpick.
Dip in melted butter,
place in a heavy plastic bag,
and put them in the freezer.
Slice into bitesize pieces while frozen,
place on a cookie sheet
and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. |
