In August of 1998, Linda's sister Lorraine and their friend Mollie visited us at our home in Cincinnati. Lorraine has been here once before, along with her husband (who couldn't get any vacation time this summer) and their two children, but this was Mollie's first visit. They drove out in Mollie's cute little purple Geo Tracker from eastern Pennsylvania, and in addition to the small corner of West Virginia they passed through on the way, they also got to see two other states besides Ohio. The riverboat cruise actually sails from Covington Landing in Kentucky, and they also went to see a casino in Indiana. Of course we visited the King's Island theme park, trying out most of the coasters, and we drove them on a tour of the Queen city. And shopping at Trader's World.
